ZENTRA Guard EULA
The licence for the ZENTRA Guard app: exactly what it checks, what it sends, what it never touches and how to remove it.
Effective 21/10/2026
Some operator details are not filled in yet (they are marked). The platform owner enters them before launch.
01Licence
[to fill in: company name] grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use ZENTRA Guard on your Windows PCs, solely to play on the ZENTRA platform. Everything else is governed by the Terms of Use.
02What ZENTRA Guard does
Guard is a normal Windows app (no kernel driver, no administrator rights) that runs in the background while you are signed in. About every 10 seconds it tells the server that it is active, together with the results of the checks below. Without an active Guard you cannot queue for a match.
03What it checks
- whether Counter-Strike 2 is running;
- whether any running program is on a fixed list of well-known cheating, debugging and memory-editing tools (e.g. Cheat Engine, x64dbg); only program names are compared, and only names on the list are sent;
- whether a debugger is attached to Guard;
- the Windows version and build, and whether it is 64-bit;
- TPM 2.0, Secure Boot, driver test-signing mode, kernel debugging and memory integrity (HVCI);
- whether Windows runs in a virtual machine (the vendor name, e.g. VMware).
04What it sends and stores
With every signal it sends the check results, the app version and the device token. The token is encrypted for your Windows account in the app (Windows DPAPI), and we only store its hash. On the server we keep the “active” status for about 30 seconds and the latest check results per device until the device is unlinked or the account is deleted. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
05What it never does
- it does not read your files or documents;
- it does not take screenshots or record your keyboard, microphone or camera;
- it does not send the list of all running programs, your browser history or personal data;
- it does not modify the game, the system or other programs.
06How the results are used
The results are a signal for fair play, not proof. If your PC does not meet the required system checks, you cannot queue until you fix it (Guard and the website show the exact reason). If Guard finds a suspicious tool, a report is opened and reviewed by a moderator. A human always decides about a suspension.
07Starting with Windows and new versions
By default Guard starts with Windows; you can turn that off in the app's settings. New versions are downloaded from the ZENTRA Guard page. A version that does not send the required checks will not let you queue until you update it.
08What is not allowed
You may not modify, unpack, decompile or analyse Guard (except as far as the law expressly allows), bypass it, imitate its signal, share the device token or run it in an environment that fakes its results. This counts as cheating and leads to a suspension.
09Unlinking and uninstalling
- Unlink the device: in the app, Settings → “Unlink device”. Guard stops sending signals.
- Uninstall: Windows Settings → Apps → Installed apps → ZENTRA Guard → Uninstall. The app's settings are in %APPDATA%\ZENTRA Guard and can be deleted.
- Deleting your account also deletes all linked devices and their check results.
10Warranty and liability
Guard is free and provided as it is, to the extent the law allows. Liability is governed as in the Terms of Use: without limitation for intentional damage, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
11End of the licence
The licence ends when you uninstall Guard, delete your account, or when we revoke it after a serious breach of these terms. Governing law and jurisdiction are the same as in the Terms of Use. Questions: [to fill in: email].
