01Who we are and what these terms cover

The ZENTRA platform (zentragg.com, matchmaking, match servers and the ZENTRA Guard app) is operated by [to fill in: company name], [to fill in: street and number] (“ZENTRA”, “we”). All details about the operator are in the legal notice (Impressum).

These terms apply to every use of the platform. The fair play rules and the ZENTRA Guard EULA are part of them. How we process personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

These terms exist in Serbian and English with the same content.

02Your account

  • You sign in with your Steam account. You never enter your Steam password on ZENTRA and we will never ask for it.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use ZENTRA.
  • One person, one account. You do not share, sell or lend your account.
  • You choose a nickname and your country. The nickname must follow the rules (no insults, no impersonation) and the country must be correct.
  • You are responsible for everything done with your account. If you think someone else has accessed it, tell us right away.

03The service

Basic use of ZENTRA (matchmaking, stats, leaderboard) is free. If we ever offer paid extras, they will not give an in-game advantage, and their terms will be published separately before you buy them.

We work to keep the platform running without errors, but we cannot guarantee it is always available. Maintenance and outages on our side or elsewhere (Steam, the internet, Counter-Strike 2) can interrupt a match or the service. We may change and develop features; larger changes are announced in advance.

04Fair play and conduct

You play fair and respect others. The details are in the fair play rules. In particular, the following is forbidden:

  • cheats, scripts, macros and any program or device that gives an unfair advantage;
  • exploiting bugs in the game, the servers or the platform, match fixing and throwing matches;
  • boosting, smurfing and playing on someone else's account;
  • insults, threats, hate speech, harassment and spam;
  • impersonation (of ZENTRA staff or anyone else);
  • attacks on the platform or servers, automated data collection and any attempt to get around its protections.

05ZENTRA Guard

To queue for a match, ZENTRA Guard must be running and your PC must meet the published system requirements (the ZENTRA Guard page). What Guard checks and sends is described in the ZENTRA Guard EULA. Turning Guard off, bypassing, modifying or imitating it counts as cheating.

06Sanctions

If you break these terms or the rules, moderators may warn you, suspend you temporarily or permanently, void a match or give ELO back to players who lost it because of you. Decisions are proportionate to the breach, come with a reason you can see on your account, and are recorded in the moderation log.

If you disagree with a decision, write to [to fill in: email] with your account and your reasons. Every appeal is reviewed by a different moderator or administrator.

07Your content

You are responsible for what you write in chat, your nickname and your reports. You allow us to show that content on the platform as far as the service needs it (for example match chat, your nickname on the leaderboard). We may remove content that breaks the rules.

08Competitions and prizes

Leagues, cups and other competitions also have their own participation terms, published on the competition page before you register. Taking part in ZENTRA competitions is free and involves no stake, so it is not gambling.

09Deleting your account and termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings (Privacy and data). Deletion starts after 30 days, and you can cancel it until then. What is erased and what is kept without your name is described in the Privacy Policy.

We may close an account after a serious or repeated breach of these terms. If we ever stop offering the service, we will announce it in advance and let you download your data.

10Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only when we breach an essential obligation of this relationship, and only up to the damage that was foreseeable and typical when the contract was concluded.

We are not liable for other parties' services (Steam, Counter-Strike 2, your internet provider) or for match progress lost through interruptions we did not cause. Rights that mandatory law gives consumers (in particular the Austrian Consumer Protection Act, KSchG) remain unaffected.

11Trademarks and rights

The ZENTRA name, logo, ranks and design belong to the operator. ZENTRA is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike, CS2 and Steam are trademarks of Valve Corporation.

12Changes to these terms

We may change these terms when the service or the law changes. We announce important changes on the website at least 30 days before they apply. If you disagree with them, you can delete your account before they take effect. The effective date is shown at the top of this page.

13Governing law and jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live (Art. 6 Rome I Regulation), and you can sue and be sued in the courts of that country. For everyone else, the competent court at the operator's registered office has jurisdiction.

If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in force.
