What is ZENTRA Guard

ZENTRA Guard is a desktop app that runs in the background while you play and regularly tells the server it's active. Every player in a match must have it running, so everyone plays under the same rules.

When you close Guard, your status switches to “Inactive” and you can't queue until you start it again.

Guard checks whether known cheating and debugging tools are running and sends the result with its signal. It doesn't read your files or send personal data. The device token is stored encrypted in your Windows account.

System requirements

To look for a match, ZENTRA Guard must be running and the PC must meet:

  • Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit
  • TPM 2.0 Enable TPM 2.0 in your BIOS/UEFI (also called fTPM, Intel PTT or Security Device) and restart. How to (Microsoft)
  • Secure Boot Enable Secure Boot in your BIOS (the PC must boot in UEFI mode) and restart. How to (Microsoft)
  • Test mode off Run "bcdedit /set testsigning off" as administrator and restart.
  • Kernel debugging off Run "bcdedit /debug off" as administrator and restart.

Setup

  1. 01DownloadDownload ZentraGuardSetup.exe (button below).
  2. 02InstallRun the installer and click “Instaliraj” (Install). No administrator rights needed. If Windows shows “Windows protected your PC”, click “More info” and then “Run anyway”.
  3. 03Click “Prijavi se” (Sign in) in the appZENTRA Guard opens after the installation. Click “Prijavi se preko ZENTRA naloga” (Sign in with your ZENTRA account) — your browser opens on its own.
  4. 04Confirm in your browserCheck that the code matches the one in the app and click “Link ZENTRA Guard”. Your status turns “Active” within a few seconds. No token copying.

I have a code from the app

Guard runs in the background with its icon next to the clock (system tray). Closing the window doesn't stop it; to quit, right-click the icon → “Izlaz” (Exit). It starts with Windows (you can turn that off in the app settings). Without installing: ZentraGuard.exe (needs Microsoft Edge WebView2, which is usually already installed on Windows 10/11).
