ZENTRA Guard 0.3: automatic updates

Since version 0.3 ZENTRA Guard updates itself: when we release a new version, Guard downloads it, verifies it (SHA-256) and installs it without administrator rights, then restarts.

• While CS2 is running, an optional update waits; Guard shows “update available” and the Update button starts it right away.
• Players on Guard 0.2.x install the new version by hand once: the site shows them a bar with a download button.
• Guard also checks that your CS2 is up to date. If Steam has a newer game build, the party cannot queue until the game is updated.
