01Prize pool
- €0 in total: .
- Entry is free. The organiser provides the prize pool.
02Who receives a prize
- By default a team prize is split equally among the 5 players with the most maps played in the season ().
- Before the final a team may agree on a different split (for example including subs or the coach); every player on the roster accepts it in the app.
- The money goes directly to each player, never only to the captain. The rounding remainder (cents) goes to the player with the most maps.
03Payout claim
- After the final every winner gets a notification and has 14 days to complete the claim: full name, date of birth, address, country, IBAN (SEPA; outside SEPA via Wise) and accepting these terms.
- The name has to match the account holder.
04Identity check
- Every winner passes an ID document check (manually by an admin or through an identity service). The document copy is deleted after the decision.
- A sanctions-list check.
05Minors
For a winner under 18 a parent or guardian completes the claim, gives consent and receives the payout on their own account.
06Integrity review and payout time
- Payouts start only after a 7-day review after the final (demos, reports), and only with no open disputes.
- Payout within 30 days of a complete claim and identity check. ZENTRA pays the SEPA transfer fees.
- Payment reference: ZENTRA-DEMO-place-final number. The organiser issues a payout confirmation to every player.
07Taxes
Every winner declares and pays tax in their own country where required. The organiser keeps records as its accountant requires.
08Losing a prize
- A prize is forfeited if no claim is made within 14 days (after two reminders), if the identity check fails, or if cheating is found.
- If cheating is found after a payout, the winner returns the prize.
- Forfeited prizes roll over into the next season's prize pool.
09Data protection
IBANs and identity check data are stored encrypted and visible only to the payout staff. They are deleted 12 months after the payout, except what bookkeeping must keep. Details: Privacy Policy.
